9/17/26 EIT Webinar: Thriving Boards – The Care and Development of the Executive Director

How is your board doing supporting your executive director?
One of the primary responsibilities of every board is to have an intentional plan in place for the ongoing care, support and development of the camp director. It involves a combination of policy, time and resources to do this well.
This EIT Thriving Boards Webinar will help camps that are ECFA members with the necessary information to develop a board-approved “Excellence in Leader Care Standard” required by ECFA in 2027. According to ECFA, regular prayer by the board for the senior leader should be a central element of any plan. ECFA also encourages members to include substantive, observable and proactive practices that afford adequate opportunities for the leader to rest, recover and grow.
Join Ed McDowell and Ryan Beagle to uncover keys to caring for your executive director well and get ideas for developing the ECFA standard for your organization.
