PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION**
My education is in civil engineering. Prior to entering camp ministry, I had worked in local government in various positions. I have been attending both national and sectional CCCA conferences since 2016 when I started my current position with Blue Ridge Christian Camp. In 2020 I started serving as Virginia Member-at-Large on the Carolinas/Virgina Cabinet.
PERSONAL INFORMATION**
I have been married to my Jessica for 25 years. We have two children, Jack is 22 and Zoe is 19. Jessica is the office manager for BRCC, Jack is serving as associate youth minister at our home church and Zoe is attending Milligan University as a ministry major.
I enjoy fishing and visiting new and exciting places.
VISION FOR THIS SECTION**
I love seeing the relationships of the different camps of the Carolinas/Virginia Section. I want to see that continue as these relationships have been instrumental in the success of Blue Ridge Christian Camp over the past several years. Moving forward I would like to work to promote greater participation from Virginia camps and conference centers in the work of CCCA. I see a direct correlation in the health of camps and their ability to successfully share the gospel.

Brian has been in camping for 34 year(s) and is currently serving as Executive Director at Fort Caswell.

PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION**
I have a heart and passion for Christian Camp and Conference Center ministry. I have been in Christian Camp Ministry for just over 34 years now, spanning from my earliest years as a summer staffer at camp while in college, to starting full-time right after graduating from King's College. During my summers on staff I worked in many work areas to include: Food Services, Lifeguard, Retail, Guest Services, and Staff Counselor. After graduation and starting full time at Fort Caswell, I worked in most all areas of camp ministry (like we all do) but my primary work responsibilities were Summer Staff Coordinator, Guest Services Director, Program Director, Assistant Director and now as Executive Director. I was called into full time ministry 12 years ago and in addition to serving as the Director here at Fort Caswell, I am very active in leadership at our church as well. Matthew 28:19-20 Called to MAKE AND MATURE disciples!
PERSONAL INFORMATION**
I met my wife Heather at Fort Caswell while we were both working summer staff, and we have been married for 28 years. We have three boys, (Caleb, Hunter, and Paxton) all of which have worked with us in camp ministry while in school. All three of our boys have graduated College, the older two are married and the third is getting married this Spring. Heather and I enjoy spending time with family as much as possible and we all love to be outside and enjoying an adventure all together.
VISION FOR THIS SECTION**
I love 3CA and the knowledge base that it provides to so many. When I joined 3CA as a new full time camp employee, I gained so much knowledge from the sectional and the national conferences. The ability to recharge and renew from the large group sessions as well as the opportunities to learn from others and ask questions in seminars and around the table is so important. I have developed a family in the Carolina/Virginia's section over the years and love the opportunities I have had to serve on the section cabinet. I would cherish the opportunity to serve in this role with this awesome team/cabinet to continue to provide quality sectionals and events that are informative to those seeking knowledge, encouraging to those going through tough times and a time of renewal and refreshing of the spirit to all.
