Information

Cedarbrook Camp Southern California is a Christian overnight summer camp for children and youth, near Big Bear Lake. Our summer ministry is to churches and individuals who seek a week-long outdoor camp where Christ is modeled in all that we do. We also provide fall and spring events for mothers and daughters, as well as a women's retreat.

Our camping history began in 1946 as Camp Cherith Southern California. We started our ministry over 75 years ago at Camp Sky Meadows, our current location is at Camp Osito Rancho. Our desire is to continue the legacy of providing a relationship based Christian camping opportunity.

We are set up to handle the following group sizes in the various seasons:

During the summer, we can take care of up to 100 guests. In the spring, we can accommodate 100 guests. Our winter capacity is 80. Finally, in fall, we have enough room for 100 guests.

We also offer the following special activities and features:

SUMMER CAMP: Since 1946 we have offered a children's summer camp. Our overnight Christian summer camp provides a variety of fun-filled activities, led by trained Christian staff members. Campers will develop new skills, grow closer to God, make lifelong friends, and enjoy a week of independence and responsibility. LEADERSHIP PROGRAM: Become a summer camp counselor, learn leadership, responsibility, and resourcefulness. Camper in Leadership Training (CILT) is a 2-year, specialized leadership program for teen campers (grades 10-12) who want to gain valuable leadership skills while serving God and gaining a deeper personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
