Accounts Payable Bookkeeper

Join Warm Beach Camp Ministries; as the Accounts Payable Bookkeeper and serve in a support role or "behind the scenes" aspect of the ministry! This position is important for the continued support and growth of the Kingdom work happening at the 3 campuses of Warm Beach Camp Ministries! Duties will include receiving, entering invoices and all receipts, reviewing for accuracy, and processing payments to vendors. Duties will also include managing all sales tax, 1099 requirements and assisting with cash flow analysis and restricted fund tracking on spreadsheets and accounting software.

The standard qualifications for being on Warm Beach Camp staff is being willing and able in good conscience to support our statement of faith, values and mission as an Evangelical Christian, non-profit ministry. We are looking for people who are willing and able to assist as needed, is teachable and willing to learn and great customer service. Strong attention to detail, good follow thru and time/deadline management a must for this position. Previous accounting experience is preferred.
