Life Discipleship and Leadership Staff

Berea Ministries is searching for motivated, relational, and servant-hearted individuals who will positively impact the ministry by carrying out hands-on tasks in the multiple departments that make up our camps, while also engaging in intentional leadership development. LDLs take part in weekly community nights, regular group outings, and the daily operations that keep camp running (such as cleaning cabins, running games, doing dishes, and facilitating activities for campers or guests).

This program runs for 12 months and can be completed as a gap year, or in conjunction with classes at Gordon College through our partnership. We have openings for this position on-site at both Camp Berea on Newfound Lake in Hebron New Hampshire, and Camp Monadnock in Dublin New Hampshire.
