HR Intern
An internship at Ridgecrest Conference Center offers an experience to grow professionally, spiritually and personally as you receive on-the-job training and learn skills needed to serve in a fast-paced Christian hospitality environment.
The intern program includes weekly bible study and fellowship with other team members. You will be provided unique opportunities for your growth and development through enrichment and service. Team managers and supervisors will coordinate your work schedule, daily responsibilities, and special project assignments.
Responsibilities
The HR Internship provides an opportunity to work alongside the HR team, contributing to a variety of HR functions to ensure smooth operations across all programs, including our volunteer ministry, internship program, and summer staff program. This position will help develop and refine leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and computer skills. The HR Intern position will require attention to detail, multi-tasking, and strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Project Coordination: Assist with planning, execution, and monitoring of HR projects as needed.
Documentation Management: Organize and manage project documentation and records.
Event and Activity Planning: Coordinate events and activities related to HR initiatives.
Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts for recruitment and engagement purposes.
Recruitment Support:
Assist with recruiting efforts for our summer staff program. Make connections with colleges, universities, and various organizations. Post job openings on relevant sites and manage recruitment campaigns. Schedule and coordinate recruitment trips. Conduct social media marketing to attract potential candidates.

Requirements Education, Work Experience, and Other Qualifications
Ability to work August to May (40+ hours/week) Commit to the overall program (including bible study, service projects, Summer Staff recruitment, events, etc.) Possess a sincere desire to serve others with excellence and grace Be flexible, teachable, and hard-working Demonstrate maturity Have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated Willingness to serve guests with a positive attitude High school graduate or GED preferred Must have a desire to work and learn in a fast-paced hospitality industry Excellent organizational skills Basic computer skills, especially email, spreadsheets, and presentation creation software Preferred: social media and graphic design experience Eligible to work in the United States
Benefits
Housing provided Lunch is provided for interns in the dining hall every day except Sunday. Breakfast and lunch are also provided when we host guests on campus. Paid a $400/week stipend
