Position: Cook/Food Service Helper
Reports to: Food Service Manager/Food Service Coordinator Oversees: Food preparation and serving of meals

Description: Assist with preparation of meals, service of meals, and clean up.
Requirements: * Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a willingness to serve others * Must be friendly and able to work well with others * Must have experience in food preparation and county health standards
Detail of Responsibilities: A. Food preparation 1. Prepare meals for guests and staff 2. Maintain standards of quality in order to consistently prepare and present appetizing and nutritious meals in efficient and timely manner
B. Sanitation 1. Assist in compliance with all county health regulations 2. Ensure proper sanitation of all food supplies, equipment, food preparation and storage 3. Maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe work environment
C. Service 1. Serve meals 2. Be available during meals to meet the needs of guests 3. Maintain appropriate stock of all food items during meals
D. Clean up 1. Assist with kitchen clean up 2. Assist in clean up of all equipment E. Assist as needed in other areas of the kitchen and dining hall F. Complete all other duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager or Food Service Coordinator
