Summer Day Camp Leader

Bair Lake Bible Camp is a year-round Christian camp in southwest Michigan, known for having a strong focus on meaningful relationships and dedicated service, all for the purpose of making known the name of Jesus Christ!

Day Camp Group Leaders are responsible for working with a team of 3-4 other leaders to manage a group of elementary-aged Day Campers each week. Group Leaders spend each day guiding the Day Campers in games, Bible lessons, adventure courses, and more.

Each summer we hire a team of college-aged students to help us create life-changing experiences for our campers. Positions are paid, include housing and meals, and provide priceless experience, meaningful discipleship, and lifelong friendships. BLBC Summer Staffers may have a primary and secondary role, which they will alternate between throughout the summer. An applicant may apply for both this role and another position.
