Full-Time Maintenance Staff

Michindoh is a year-round Christian camp and conference center located in southern Michigan serving groups ranging in size from 10 to 700, with total occupancy at times reaching over 1,000. Michindoh serves guests of all ages, but the majority are high school age or younger. Michindoh primarily serves church and parachurch organizations, but also offers outdoor education school programs.

Michindoh is looking for individuals with skills in maintenance and construction and desiring to use these gifts in a community of believers working together towards the building of God’s kingdom through ministry to both youth and adults. We have over 40 buildings spread across 250 acres serving 65,000 guest days annually.

We need individuals with experience working with HVAC, construction, grounds and general maintenance. If you are gifted in any of these areas and would like to apply your skills towards Christian ministry, feel free to contact us about current employment opportunities.
