Challenge Course Manager

The Challenge Course Manager will serve in a boots-on-the-ground management role overseeing all high and low challenge course activities at our central camp, fulfilling an important area of guest experience at Camp Cho-Yeh. This role is an ideal fit for an individual who understands that challenge course activities can play a vital role in achieving part of our mission by providing an avenue for outdoor adventures in both the summer and non-summer months. This candidate should be no stranger to systems and processes, understanding that maintenance and record keeping are important for keeping a high level of excellence with our challenge course activities. A strong candidate is also someone who has a desire to be hands-on and collaborative, and they are detail-oriented, tenacious, and seek to develop those around them with the skills necessary to provide an excellent camper and guest experience. Our mission is to be a place where Jesus Christ transforms lives through meaningful relationships and outdoor adventures, and this position has an important role in executing that mission.
Looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience with varied Challenge Course elements, including maintenance, and current certifications.
