Oversight of hiring, training and monitoring of paid staff and volunteers. Property oversight and management. Assistance in fundraising and public relations. Facilitate staff Bible studies and monitor spiritual health. Compile a yearly budget and monitor financial spending throughout the year. Must be strong in community outreach. Organize off campus promotional events. Oversee all processes of children entering the program. No horse experience necessary.
