Program Team Member/Floater

Our camp is growing and we find ourselves in need of an additional Program Team Member.

Hartland Christian Camp is currently accepting applications for Program Team Member/Floater. This position is a support role to our Program Manager and Program Coordinator.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a willingness to serve others
• Ability to clearly articulate and share the Gospel with others
• Must be friendly and able to work well with others
• Must be proactive, able to stay on task

Responsibilities include:
• Assist with Hartland recreation activities
• Ensure safety of equipment
• Assist in waterway/trail maintenance and at times forestry
• Operation of audio/visual equipment
• Assist with first-aid station, supplies, and medical staff
• Other tasks assigned by the Program Manager or Coordinator


Experience in several of the following areas is helpful:
• Audio/visual (we can train)
• Ropes course type activities (we will train)
• Medical - basic first-aid/CPR


The Program Team Member is a part-time, hourly, paid position. Housing is included.

This can be short-term or long-term year-round employment based on your availability. The ideal hours would be 32-40 hours per week and primarily in support of our Program Camps, but assisting with projects when those camps are not in.
