Camp Director

Timber Creek is looking for a dynamic and “camp passionate” person to serve in the role of Camp Director. Our camp core value is to “Serve Christ with Joy, and Create a Gospel Experience”. We do this by leading and serving groups of all ages through our camp and retreat ministries. We are looking for someone who embraces and loves the camp culture and is willing to live on site year-round.

Located on 300 acres in the Bienville National Forest, Timber Creek just celebrated its first 25 years, and God is preparing an exciting vision for the Next 25! Our camp sleeps 435 people and averages 4,500 campers in the summer, and over 9,000 total campers during the year.

This position will be instrumental in the next phase of camp ministry development at Timber Creek Camp. Joining an amazing year-round team, the role of Camp Director is to aid and assist the Executive Director by leading, managing, and overseeing certain operational aspects of the Camp. We thrive on creative thinking and programming and how to “level up” the camp experience. This position will be a key resource in our overall staff structure. Above all our prayer is to find someone who is a passionate follower of Jesus with a calling to camp ministry as a profession.
