Poiema Coordinator

A Poiema Program Coordinator is someone who is influential, encouraging, and whose leadership is rooted in mentorship. The primary responsibility of the Poiema Coordinator is to help train and manage Poiema Head Counselors & Poiema Cabin Counselors, and to help oversee the planning and implementation of all aspects of the Poiema program; the Coordinator will also hold an integral role in disciplinary action for both staff and campers. In reference to Poiema Campers, they will help supervise certain activities, provide general direction and guidance, and be part of the third “official” step in disciplinary action scenarios. The Poiema Coordinator will work alongside the Summer Coordinator and Day Camp Coordinator to ensure cohesion between these three Summer programs.
