Ministry Partners

Each summer, GLBC hires one male and one female Ministry Partner to serve and disciple the Summer Staff. Ministry Partners lead daily staff devotions and weekly meet one-on-one with each staff member of the same gender to encourage and support them in their summer role and in their walk with God. They handle staff issues alongside the Executive Director and the rest of the Head Staff. Ministry Partners must also be willing to help in any program area as needed.
