Head CounselorA Head Counselor is someone who is influential, encouraging, and whose leadership is rooted in mentorship. Rather than being a cabin counselor, their focus is to assist the Summer Camp Coordinator in leading all summer camp counselors and activities. They will help supervise counselors, be a channel of communication, and provide guidance as necessary. During the off-season, they will also work along with the Summer Coordinator and Discipleship Coordinator as directed in Summer Camp preparations such as: Servant Staff mentorship, cabin counselors mentorship, recruiting, general programming prep,.etc. Head Counselors will report to the Summer Coordinator concerning logistics, programming, and disciplinary interactions and report to the Discipleship Coordinator concerning discipleship.
