Program Assistant

Camp Arrah Wanna is looking for a committed, faith-filled and self-motivated individual to serve our Campers, Volunteers and Staff by working collaboratively alongside our Program Director in administrating our Summer AWSOM (Arrah Wanna Summer Of Ministry) Internship Program (students age 16-25) as well as our Summer Camp Programs.

Our mission is to provide a beautiful, peaceful and safe environment where people can experience the transforming power of God's love and find support through healthy relationship and activities. This should be reflected in everything we do.

DUTIES:
--Reports to Program Director
--Assists and leads Bible Studies, Conversations and Activities for AWSOM Interns
--Supervises AWSOM Intern job duties and shared life together
--Assists with planning and implementing activities and Learning Materials for Summer Camp Program
--Other random, sometimes odd, camp-y tasks
--Role and specific tasks vary based on the individual (Administration? Archery? Low Ropes Challenge Course? High Ropes Challenge Course? Lifeguard? Other?!)

GENERAL INFO:
--Must be available early June through Labor Day weekend (arrival time is flexible but needs to be before AWSOM Interns arrive in mid-June)
--Salary includes $800/week less Lodging & Food at $406/week
--Also includes many activities and adventures with AWSOM Interns and opportunity for pay raise based on performance
--Be good at problem-solving in high-stress and fast-paced scenarios
--Ability to lead students in tasks as well as guide them in inter-personal relationships
--Prepared to work and play hard
