Food Service Director

The position of Food Service Director is a key role in the ongoing ministry of St. Crispin’s, and is a full-time salaried position with benefits. Here are some of the expectations and qualifications of the person who will fill this position:

The Food Service Director will be a talented, dedicated individual with the ability to work with and supervise others, have an attitude of excellence, can coordinate schedules, receive the public well, plan out the budget, and practice hospitality to all guests and potential guests. They will also have strong working and technical knowledge as well as hands-on experience leading and managing a commercial kitchen, operational systems and processes. They will have strong communication skills including phone, person to person and email. Their conduct will support and promote the mission and ministry of St. Crispin’s Conference Center and Camp of providing a peaceful space where guests will experience hospitality, nourishment, and growth.

Additional Details:
Salary – $58,656
PTO – 20 days annually
Paid Holiday – 18 Days
Retirement – 10% on top of Salary
Health Insurance – Fully Paid
On-site housing may be negotiated

St. Crispin’s is a Conference Center and Camp in Central Oklahoma, one hour east of Oklahoma City and 1 ½ hours south of Tulsa. St. Crispin’s is owned and operated by the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma. The Center serves conference and retreat groups year-round and summer camps throughout the summer season. We are looking for a person to oversee the Food Service program for our year-round conference and summer camping programs.
