Summer Camp Counselor

If you’re looking for the perfect summer job, we invite you to discover how fun a summer at camp can be! We’ll help you learn and enhance your communication, problem solving and team work skills, all while playing capture the flag, leading after dinner worship and enjoying swim time at the lake. You’re invited to experience the reward of high-fiving a camper who gets a bulls-eye in archery, encouraging a camper as they climb the rock wall, and laughing as your table eats their dessert with no hands. Regardless of your college major*, camp experiences allow you to learn and develop skills that not only enhance your job marketability, they’ll enhance your life! A summer at St. Crispin’s will broaden your horizons and give you the opportunity to be a part of a team.

Application period closes March 25th, 2025. Staff training begins on May 19, 2025. Staff are under contract and need to stay at camp and work until July 3, 2025.
The base rate for staff pay is as follows for about 7 weeks (5 weeks of camp and 2 weeks of training):
~$2050 if you have been out of high school for at least a year
~$1600 if you are hired as a Junior Staffer (for 2025 high school grads)
Bonuses are given for prior years of paid service at St. Crispin's, additional certifications (such as lifeguard and ropes), and additional leadership responsibilities.
