Adaptive Adventure Coordinator

What We Need:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced seasonal Adaptive Adventure Coordinator. This role will be responsible for supervising staff and operations at the Challenge Course, Zip Line, and Climbing Wall. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience and additional experience in Adventure programming. This candidate will work under the direction of the Program Director.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all operations of the Adventure Course
• Maintain all equipment related to the Challenge Course
• Perform weekly inspection and safety checks
• Oversee and manage Challenge Course associates
• Create a high energy and safe environment
• Take appropriate and prudent action in emergency situations
• As needed, there may be times you are asked to assist in other areas outside of the challenge course

Qualifications and Certifications
· CPR and First aid certifications.
*Training/Certification can be provided by Rising Light Ridge.
· Ropes Course Facilitator Certification
*Training/Certification will be provided by Rising Light Ridge
· Leadership skills to guide and motivate staff and campers throughout their week
· Must be available for the entire camp season
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Typical work schedule runs Monday-Friday
