Trading Post Crew (Camp Store)
POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Trading Post Crew is responsible for all operations of the Beartooth Christian Camp store.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Taking concession orders, preparing light food and drinks, and serving it to campers. o Specific barista duties include preparing Italian sodas and running the espresso machine to prepare lattes, mochas, frappes, etc. • Assisting campers with souvenir purchases. • Running the cash register, taking payment, and reconciling cash drawer at the end of each shift. • Stocking and replenishing merchandise, including labeling and barcoding. • Inventory Management • Cleaning and organizing • Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Actively live and practice the Christian faith and live a lifestyle in accordance with the Statement of Faith and Beliefs detailed on the Beartooth Christian Camp website. • Desire to serve in retail operations and camp ministry. • Knowledge of point of sale and cash handling. • Commitment to detail, quality, and accuracy in all aspects of work • Customer service experience working with youth and adults • Ability to multi-task and work as a team as well as independently • Ability to problem solve and manage conflict in a Godly and professional manner • CPR and First Aid Certification (provided) • Criminal Background Check (provided)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Servsafe Certification • Ministry Safe certification • Management Experience
Time: Full-Time Seasonal
