Office/Social Media Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Office/Social Media position is responsible for light office work and creating a social media presence for the camp.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Answering phones and communicating any needs/questions to staff • Greeting customers that come into the office and help answer questions • Light administrative duties as needed, such as scanning, making copies, and computer work • Taking photographs of camp activities throughout each week • Posting and updating camp’s social media pages • Creating and editing videos • Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Actively live and practice the Christian faith and live a lifestyle in accordance with the Statement of Faith and Beliefs detailed on the Beartooth Christian Camp website. • Desire to serve in administration and camp ministry. • Knowledge of Microsoft office and basic office functions, including answering phones • Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram • Ability to multi-task and work as a team as well as independently • Ability to problem-solve and manage conflict in a Godly and professional manner • CPR and First Aid Certification (provided) • Criminal Background Check (provided)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Photography experience • Experience with graphic design • Experience creating and editing videos
