Adventure Element Crew

POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Adventures Element crew is responsible for the running and maintaining of our elements including zipline, climbing wall, challenge course and other camp activities.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Facilitate adventure elements such as zip line, climbing wall, paintball, challenge course and others.
• Inspect, clean and maintain all elements and equipment that pertains to all adventure elements and Rec activities.
• Facilitate or help recreation teams run games.
• Help water crew with pond activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to be trained and certified on adventure elements.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain a friendly, caring, and serving attitude.
• A high attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to manage camper behavior.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (provided)
• Criminal Background Check (provided)
