Guest Services Director

Quaker Hill is now seeking a Full-Time Guest Services Director to recruit and maintain our current clientele utilizing the camps 75 acre 300 bed property. Located just 100 miles north of Boise, Idaho, Quaker Hill has a rich and storied history (est 1931) serving the greater Treasure Valley and beyond.


Qualified candidates must have a desire to work in a Christian community and possess the following qualities:

• A love for people
• Ability to greet and interact professionally with guests and guest groups via phone, e-mail or written letter
• Previous management experience
• Organized/administrative
• Work ethic/self-motivated
• Able to meet deadlines/work under pressure
• An energetic and positive can-do attitude
• Warm, welcoming, and encouraging personality
• Gracious Team player
• Flexible/servant’s heart
• Growing relationship with Christ & desire to work in a close, caring, camp community.

This is a full-time, year round position.
