Summer Cabin Counselor

We are looking for our next amazing Summer Camp Counselors! Does playing in creeks, planning adventures, climbing challenge courses, and camp shenanigans excite you? Located on 640 acres, Camp NaCoMe is looking for our summer camp counselors to serve as a member of the Summer Staff at NaCoMe. They are assigned to care for the physical, social, and spiritual needs of up to 7 campers each week. They spend their time leading their campers through the schedule of activities, meals, worship, and devotions. Counselors have an interactive role with their campers, participate in activities, and work to create a safe and fun environment. NaCoMe is centrally located in Tennessee just 1.5 hours from Nashville and is a PCUSA ministry of the Central Presbytery of Middle Tennessee. This position will be a key player by ensuring all our campers have the best experience here at NaCoMe and that all are welcome as part of the NaCoMe family. This is a seasonal contract position that includes private on-site housing, meals, and free certifications.

Training will happen in the last two weeks of May with the summer camp season going all through June and additional opportunities for retreat work in July-August as Recreation Staff. Please visit our website for a full job description.
