Staff DirectorThe Director of Staff is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to recruit high-caliber seasonal and part-time staff who align with RVR’s mission and values and cultivating an environment where staff may grow towards their full God-given potential. This includes talent acquisition, orientation and training, change management, shepherding, and retention. This is a highly relational leadership role that balances strategy and discipleship.
