This role involves creating a transformative spiritual environment for campers while overseeing all aspects of Walcamp's youth ministry. As the Youth Ministry Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging, biblically focused activities and nurturing relationships with campers to help them grow in their faith.
Walcamp is dedicated to offering outdoor experiences that empower youth to grow in their faith, develop leadership skills, and create lasting friendships. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of young people, guiding them toward becoming strong, faith-driven leaders
