The Camp All-American Staff Experience Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, staff care, and discipleship of 200+ summer staff. We are looking for someone with a heart for discipling the next generation and growing them personally, professionally, and spiritually. Preferred multiple years of experience discipling, leading, and shepherding college aged students and a camp background.
