Living Waters was established in 1970 on East Grand Lake in Weston, ME and has been a prominent part of youth and family ministry in New England and New Brunswick, CA for 54 years. Living Waters currently is a summer and fall camp with a 7-week summer season having three programs running simultaneously, Youth Program Camps, Family Camp, and Wilderness Adventures. In the fall there are numerous programed and private retreats.
Job Description:
The Living Waters Assistant Director is a full-time year-round position that will primarily focus on the Youth Program Department. The right candidate for this key position is a high energy, passionate & creative leader, ready to work with our seasonal Program Director in the development and execution of the youth program at Living Waters.
The Assistant Director will assist with the recruiting, hiring, and training of the Living Waters programming staff team, leading them, and ensuring they are equipped to meet our goal that EVERY child has fun, is safe, and sees Jesus while at Living Waters.

This role is responsible to make sure our programs remain fresh and exciting, with a clear focus on ensuring kids experience and learn about the love of God and the Gospel message.
The secondary role of the Assistant Director would be to be familiar with the general operation of Living Waters and assist the Executive Director. Including physical repair, maintenance, and shutting down and opening camp each year.
The Assistant Director needs to be willing to fill any role that is needed for the safe operation of Living Waters.
