Assistant Director

We are a small camp serving overnight and day campers on the shore of Lake Otsego, just outside of Cooperstown NY. Our ministry is dedicated to creating a safe place where everyone can develop their relationship with Christ through their time in nature.

The Assistant Director will support the Site Director with all areas of camp management, including staff development, program implementation, administrative duties and conflict resolution. Individual skills and interests can be encouraged to support the growth of the candidate. Potential for a reoccurring position as Camp Director exists based on performance.
