Summer Staff 2025

We are seeking passionate, Jesus-loving students who are eager to serve the Lord and others as part of our Mt. Lebanon Summer Staff Team!

We are looking for staff who possess:

- A vibrant, growing relationship with Jesus

- A desire to contribute to and be part of a healthy, thriving community

- A heart for discipleship through small group Bible studies and various discipleship activities throughout the summer

- A willingness to lead and work in areas including challenge course, zipline, lifeguarding, food service, media, guest services, and other recreational activities (training will be provided, no prior experience necessary).

- A strong work ethic and a willingness to take on challenging tasks

- A humble spirit, ready to serve others and prioritize their needs above your own

Our summer staff will receive intentional discipleship and small group Bible study opportunities, on-site housing, meals, and community.
