Why work at Covenant Park Bible Camp:

Covenant Park is "where friend meets friend and both meet God." We are a small camping family that focuses on meeting Jesus and going deeper with him through greater experience of him in his word, prayer, worship and community. Programming is centered on building friendships in cabin groups and abroad. And of course camp is full of good, memory-making, fun! As a staff member, you will develop relationships with 20 or so other staff members that become a tight knit team. For many these relationships will continue long after a summer of camp. You will develop general life and leadership skills that will serve well across career lines and life experiences. You will also have the opportunity to explore and refine specific skills. You will be spiritually challenged and encouraged through group Bible study, daily communal worship, prayer partners, and hands on opportunities to continually trust God and dig deeper into your knowledge of him and his word. Two weeks of staff training will prepare you with skills, hands on practice, team building, and personal planning and reflection prior to welcoming campers. Sound interesting?
