Are you looking for a summer or year-round opportunity that challenges you, grows you, and allows you to serve God while making a real difference in people’s lives? At Arrowhead Bible Camp, home of Shepherds Camp, we’re seeking young adults (ages 18–25) who are ready to step out of their comfort zones and into a life-changing experience.

You don’t need to have all the answers or even fully define yourself yet—we’re here to help you grow into the person God created you to be. Whether you’re compassionate, adventurous, flexible, or simply willing to learn and grow, there’s a place for you here.

We invite you to serve alongside a team of like-minded individuals as we provide a Christ-centered camp experience for adults living with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. It’s not always easy, but it’s meaningful, rewarding, and full of opportunities to grow spiritually, emotionally, and professionally.

At Arrowhead and Shepherds Camp, we offer a variety of opportunities tailored to your skills and interests. While the specifics of your role may vary, you can expect to:
