Retreat Coordinator

Michindoh Conference Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Retreat Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute retreats and events at our beautiful facilities. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless event logistics, excellent guest experiences, and efficient resource management. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a deep commitment to Christian hospitality.

Key responsibilities include overseeing event logistics, coordinating with internal teams, providing exceptional customer service, and managing event schedules and resources. A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and excellent communication skills are required, and experience in hospitality or event planning is preferred.
