The SCDC Group Leader is a high-level, intensive role requiring strong leadership, energy, and a deep commitment to serving students in a Christ-centered, engaging, and structured environment. Leaders are responsible for the spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being of students while ensuring a safe, organized, and fun summer camp experience. This role demands initiative, adaptability, and the ability to manage both large and small groups effectively. Only those who are dedicated to excellence in leadership, teamwork, and student discipleship should apply.

Pay rate: $16.75/hr
