Camp Counselor

Come share who Jesus is with kids and have fun doing it! General responsibilities include: leading devotions with your co-counselors for your cabin, helping lead some activities, helping direct campers to the events, being actively involved in games and activities at camp, and taking an interest in your camper's lives.

General qualifications:
1. Having a relationship with Jesus and wanting to share that with others
2. Being able to articulate the gospel to others
3. Wanting to work with kids 7-14 years old
4. Being spiritually and emotionally mature

Perks (in addition to pay, room and board)
1. Free CPR and first aid training
2. Reimbursement for lifeguard training and any costs related to that
3. Mentors who will check in with you throughout the week to see how you're doing, how your cabin is doing, and if there are any things you need advice on.
4. Be part of our adopt-a-staff program, where you have someone praying for you throughout the week and occasionally send you gift to help encourage you.
5. End of summer celebration + gift - a day paid for by the camp to have our staff go have fun together either off site or on the lake followed by a catered dinner.
