Counselor

Cascades has programs for children of all ages. As a Counselor, you would be given the opportunity to work with children and families from a variety of backgrounds. Counselors:

Lead cabin groups of campers each week.
Facilitate bible studies with their cabin groups.
Are enthusiastic and silly about camp activities.
Respond appropriately to behavior of campers and staff.
Counselors develop valuable skills in basic first aid, teaching, mentorship, flexible problem solving, teamwork, leadership, childcare, and more.
