S.A.L.T. Mentor

S.A.L.T. Mentors lead 10th-12th grade campers in the Servant and Leadership Training (S.A.L.T.) program. Mentors:

Lead a group of high school age campers, called S.A.L.T.s
Facilitate bible studies with their S.A.L.T.s
Are enthusiastic and silly about camp activities
Respond appropriately to behavior of campers and staff
Coordinate and encourage the growth of leadership qualities in S.A.L.T
Mentors should be strong communicators, have experience with students, be creative and able to connect with students on a personal and professional level.

S.A.L.T. Youth Mentors will develop valuable skills in leadership, youth mentorship, teaching, communication, event planning, and more.

Time:  Full-Time Seasonal
