Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager works under the direction of the Director of Operations. They may assist in overseeing seasonal staff and summer staff (“O-Team”). Job duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring overall guest readiness of our facilities and grounds, managing areas inside and around the shop, maintaining equipment, and assisting with other functions of Cascades as needed (housekeeping, activities, office work, etc.).

Primary Responsibilities:
+ Assist Director of Operations in daily management of physical aspects of Cascades
+ Ensure guest readiness of facilities -- including repairs of facilities, housekeeping, guest service needs, etc.
+ Oversee proper use and care of shop facilities and area

Secondary Responsibilities:
+ Work with O-Team during summer season, Operations Intern during off-season
+ Ensure guest readiness of the grounds – including mowing, weeding, trimming/pruning, etc.
+ Assist with guest services and hosting responsibilities as necessary
+ Oversee proper use and care of fleet of vehicles
+ Assist in other non-operations projects and needs throughout the camp
