Housekeeper

At BLBC, we strive for excellence in serving every guest and camper. The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to ensure a clean and welcoming environment by maintaining lodging spaces to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of all lodging areas to uphold quality and cleanliness standards.

Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent service excellence.

Work within budgetary guidelines for staffing and spending.

Collaborate with the Hospitality, Program, and Maintenance departments to ensure facilities are guest-ready on schedule.

Assist the Accommodations Coordinator in preparing all guest areas in a timely manner.

Support the hosting team as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.

This role is essential to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.
