Quaker Hill is located on the shores of Payette Lake with over 75-acres, 300 beds in the beautiful mountain town of McCall, Idaho (2 hrs north of Boise).

McCall is a wonderful place to live, work and raise a family. Quaker Hill enjoys a reputation for top quality, homemade meals and warm friendly service.

We are now seeking an individual to continue building menus for a variety of pallets ranging from seasonal Adult Retreats to Middle and High School Summer Youth Camps.

Candidates must possess the following characteristics and qualities:

• A love for food and creativity
• A warm, positive, energetic personality
• Ability to create a wide range of well-presented meals from scratch - basic to gourmet
• 5+ yrs “hands on” kitchen management experience
• Organized/administrative
• Self-motivated, problem solver
• Able to meet deadlines/work under pressure
• Team player
• Flexible/servant’s heart
• Growing relationship with Christ & desire to work in a Christian camp setting.

This is a full time year round position.
Benefits - Salary Range (D.O.E. $35-$45k), Housing, 401k, Paid Vacation, Ministry & Holiday time off.
