You don’t want to miss the “Harvest,” the 2025 CCCA Texas Sectional at Sky Ranch! This meeting of camp leaders provides opportunities to network, learn, dream, and worship the Lord together. Sky Ranch sets the bar so high in camp ministry in Texas and beyond with amazing facilities, staff, and programs.

This year’s gathering will feature speakers and platform interviews with ministry and organizational leaders who will motivate and challenge your team as you seek to make an impact through Christian camping. We have an outstanding lineup of breakout sessions and roundtables to learn from industry pros and from one another. The Ladies Luncheon will happen at 12:30 on Monday and tours of local camps will happen at the same.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration is ala carte. You must register for a conference ticket and lodging for each person. Hotel-style units at Sky Ranch are somewhat limited in number (bunkhouse spaces are plentiful for your team). The Fairfield Inn in nearby Van has rooms available at a special CCCA rate, but you will register for this separately here.

The Ladies Luncheon is being underwritten, but please register with your number of attendees to help us prepare.

Register soon…we look forward to seeing you at Sky Ranch in February!
